Kari Ann Fonte (formerly Woodward), graduated from Florida State University College of Law, cum laude. She has practiced exclusively immigration law since 1995, she is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law and served on the Board Certification Committee for 6 years. She has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since she was a law student, and served as President of the South Florida Chapter 2011-2012. Ms. Fonte enjoys an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell. She has spoken at national and local seminars on various immigration topics, and has authored and co- authored numerous published articles. She is the supervising and managing attorney of the firm. The firm handles all aspects of Immigration law, including employment-based, family-based, citizenship and removal defense.
